2021 Didier Dagueneau Les Jardins de Babylone, Jurancon, France Domaine du Gringet deep and structured Chardonnay withAll Petit Manseng from natural ampitheatre of vines at the foot of the Pyrenees, near the village of Aubertin. The ampitheatre and panoramic view of the mountains reminded Dagueneau of the mythical Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Les Jardins de Babylone in French. Arrives March 2026.
