Harvest was fairly late and the grapes were partially destemmed before fermenting using a gentle extraction and ageing in cask for a year

NV | Jeeper XXI Rosé Brut | Champagne Equipo Navazos complex and well-balanced finishThis Champagne has a pretty nose of wild strawberry fruit fresh floral notes and some nice chalky mineral seashell like character to the bouquet with a bit of peppery spice on the nose. A lovely creamy texture on the tongue with a nice amount of light red berry fruit here on the finish, chalky seashell like mineral notes here lingering through the finish.
