2022 Elise Bougy Chetillon de Haut Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru Gallois-Bouché 5L MAG FranceVariety: Chardonnay Terroir: Chtillon de Haut is a Grand Cru parcel in Mesnil sur Oger. Pure, iodized chalk, streaked with colluvial limestone chalk formations. Viticulture: Organic (in conversion as of 2019), with biodynamic methods (since 2021). Vinification: Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with no added SO2, aged 10 months with 40% in 600 liter barrels and 60% in stainless steel tank. No fining, no filtration.
