2022 | Louis Jadot Les Pucelles | Puligny-Montrachet Racines which I always like aboutThe 2022 Puligny Montrachet Les Pucelles 1er Cru does not quite deliver the same complexity as the Folatieres at the moment; its more backward and malic in style. The palate is more promising, with plenty of fresh, slightly tangy citrus fruit. Spicier than the Folatires, there is more weight and concentration on the back end, though I prefer the afore mentioned's finesse on the finish.
