The origin story: Planted in 2009, Hollow Oak acres has had a tumultuous past. It was planted by the former Maysara vineyard manager, who brought his biodynamic practices with him. The vineyard has been farmed organically except for 1 year gap in 2017. I started farming it in 2020,
