Variety: Chardonnay Vineyard: Grapes come from a single 0. 28ha parcel planted in 1988 & 1989, at 200m with a Southern exposure. Vines are planted on limestone soils. Farming is certified biodynamic, with a focus on biodiversity in their parcels. Vinification: After being hand harvested, the grapes are pressed directly into
