Organically farmed on clay soils, the grapes ferment spontaneously with ambient yeasts and see one month of skin contact. Aged 9 months in qvevri, bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added SO. Structured and textured with firm grip and spicetraditional Kakheti winemaking in pure form. Only 100 cases produced.
