Gianni and his sister Paola farm just 10 hectares in the Asti hills, working sustainably without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Bosco Donne is fermented entirely in stainless steel no oak to keep Barbera's bright, juicy soul intact. Expect a deep purple pour, a perfumed nose of rose and dark berry dusted with spice, and a palate that's pure Asti:
