Its most striking feature is its winged and undulated (wavy) petioles (leaf stems), which often take on a red ruffled appearance as the plant matures. It also features glossy, elongated, deep green leaves. Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. While it can tolerate medium light, growth will be slower. Avoid direct, harsh sun which can scorch the leaves.
