2024 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder 'Kanzel', Baden. Germany 1.5L Magnum Domaine Collotte Our Heathcote Syrah comes fromA Pinot Noir grown on limestone clay soil in Kirchhofen and Pfaffenweiler. Grown on steep slopes with a west orientation and worked mainly manual, the vines are French and German clones w some selection massale. Fermentation with 40% whole clusters, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punch downs.
