Filipa Pato Metodo Tradicional Rose 3B NV core-no-restrictions Made from locally sourced3B' is shorthand for Bairrada, Baga and Bical the place and the two grapes, which is a fair summary of Filipa Pato's whole approach. This is traditional method sparkling ros off limestone soils, second fermentation in the bottle, and it lands closer to serious than poolside: bone dry, chalky and taut, with the tart red fruit bite that Baga brings better than anyone.
