The grapes are harvested by hand and ferment and age in a mix of used French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks
then rest on skins for about two weeks
The grapes come from Domaine de La Patience’s own organically grown plots and purchases from neighboring growers (Haute Valeur Environmentale – sustainably grown)
