2022 Domaine Hubert Lamy Clos de la Chateniere, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru, France 1.5L Magnum Il Sasso clay limestone - Terroir Marne1. 25 ha (3. 09 ac) Variety: Chardonnay Vine Age: Planted in 1964 Terroir: In the valley between St. Aubin and Puligny, middle to top of a steep (40% grade) hill, facing south southwest, shallow soil on hard limestone bedrock. Viticulture: Lutte raisonne Vinification: Gentle pressing, light settling, fermentation and aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L barrels, followed by 6 12 months blending in tank. Wine arrives late December, 2024.
