This amazing lily had its birth in the garden of the late Sir Peter Smithers (former British spy with Ian Fleming), who crossed his wild Burmese collected Lilium sulphureum with the vigorous Chinese Lilium regale. The amazing Lilium 'Vico Gold' produces giant 7' tall stalks, topped, starting for us in mid June with
