2024 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru, Cote de Beaune, France João Pato Duckman The wine was assembled andGrapes are hand harvested from BacheletMonnots signature Grand Cru block, vineyard managed organically and pressed slowly with indigenous yeast fermentation in 350 L barrels. The wine enjoys a traditional levage of 12 months in barrel (2025% new oak) before resting another 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to maintain vibrancy and clarityy without the need to fine or filtered.
