Pruning method is Guyau Val de Loire. Grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted in the vineyard. Vinification: Gentle whole cluster pressing, no chaptalization, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 9 months in older oak barrels (2 to 4 years).
