Grüner Veltliner is a greatNatural White Wine Vinification: Riesling from the Bannwarths in Alsace brought down to Valvignres to fill up our cellar with wine, after the 100% loss of grapes, we had in our own vineyards that same year. One time in the cellar, we blended the Riesling with a little bit of Viognier from Mazel and left the juice to ferment in 500lt demi muids.
