2023 Ca di Press Langhe Nebbiolo, Piedmont, Italy Bermejos UBE Miraflores is 100% PalominoFrom younger plots in the Monforte dAlba Perno zone on sandy clay soils with southeast exposure, this Nebbiolo is de stemmed (not crushed) and undergoes a 25 day native yeast maceration in stainless steel tanks, followed by 8 months on the lees in stainless and an additional 9 months in bottle before release. In the glass, it shows luminous ruby tones and delivers wild cherry, raspberry, rose petal and subtle spice. The texture is light to medium,
