2019 Domaine des Marnes Blanches Vin De Paille, Jura, France 375ml Galilee 5 hectares vineyard is plantedThis cuve is a blend of Savagnin, Chardonnay, and Poulsard grown on red and brown marl in Sainte Agns. The vines are between 25 and 50 years old. The grapes are dried on straw mats before the concentrated juice is gently pressed into barrel for fermentation. After six years in barrel, the wine is racked and bottled. 120g l RS
