It is made from pure Cabernet Franc grapes from rocky soils; vinification is by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in truncated conical vats for a maximum of 18 days. The nose is complex with floral and fruity, spicy and roasted notes, while the palate denotes fullness and elegance. Perfect with any meat, it has a crazy finesse.
