2024 Benoit Ente Bourgogne Blanc, Burgundy, France Elodie Jaume These are the first NebbioloOrganic estate Chardonnay grown on clay limestone parcels around Puligny Montrachet and Meursault. Hand harvested early, slowly pressed, then fermented and aged 1218 months in neutral oak and stainless steelminimal intervention. No fining, just light filtration.
