2021 Mount Eden Vineyards 'Domaine Eden' Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz Mountains, USA Werlitsch Each fermenter is vinified differentlyThis Pinot Noir is a mosaic of different selections and clones grown at Domaine Eden: Dijon clones 777, 667 and 828 reside alongside the historic California selections Mount Eden, Calera and Swan. Each parcel is farmed to strict standards of sustainability, dry farming and low yields. Grown on a north facing slope at 1600 feet, the grapes were hand harvested between September 1st September 19th. All fermentations were natural and the wine was aged for
