Part of High West's Cask Collection exploring how wine barrels reshape bourbon. Eleven months is a substantial finishing periodlong enough for the Chardonnay character to genuinely integrate rather than just coat the surface. The result bridges bourbon and wine: vanilla and caramel from the spirit, orchard fruit and white grape from the cask.
