A decorative cluster of antique mother of pearl buttons hangs at the bottom of the heart. A vintage bone ring is sewn to the back for hanging. A coordinating vintage seam binding ribbon will be supplied for this purpose. The sachets are stuffed with fiberfil and fragrant
