2022 Tanca Nica Etichetta Yellow Label Vino Bianco La Ferme Des Sept Lunes Cabernet Franc and Sémillon)100% Zibibbo. A plot made up of yellow pumice. The wine is always delicate in its aromas and structure, more immediate than the other three labels. The scents reflect the maquis: alyssum and wild thyme. The grapes are destemmed by hand. The juice ferments and ages exclusively in 54L demijohns. No SO2 is added at any point. Only 200 bottles made.
