The estate's same non interventionist approach applies: fruit crushed gently by foot, very little added sulfur, aged in neutral barrels. Aromas of summer bramble fruit, light white pepper, licorice, warm earth. Full bodied yet refined, suave tannins; red and black raspberries, boysenberry, baking spices.
