2021 Cabecas do Reguengo Vira Cabecas , Alentejo, Portugal Aldo Conterno salivating bitters and salty acidsField blend from 5 different very old vineyards (about 12 different grape varieties). Natural fermentation and aging for 20 months in semi new oak barrels (1000 liters). Malolactic done. Bottled on 25th May 2021.
