Melanie Pfister Cremant d'Alsace 'Breit' Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2021 Case (6x750ml) Bon Ton with a predominance of ripePale gold with rich mousse in the glass. Refined bouquet of apple, white peach, gently musky floral tones, and a nice touch of brioche in the upper register. On the palate the wine is bright, full bodied, focused and complex, with a fine core and excellent soil signature. Brisk acids and a long balanced and quite dry finish.
