Elbling is always one of those things The image I have of the grape variety is constantly changing. The grape continues to give me many opportunities to experiment. Possibly even more freedom than my other grape varieties do, as I usually have some kind of ideals floating around in my head. 2023 makes Elbling delicate and fine again. It lives from its acid structure and a watery element
