2023 Agricola Augalevada, Albariño Parcela Eiravedra, Galicia, Spain Clos Lentiscus with gentle handling throughout andParcela Eiravedra comes from 60 year old Albario vines in the Salns Valley of Ras Baixas, located just 3km from the ocean at an altitude of 120m. Natural fermentation in old oak at low temperatures and is aged for 10 months, partially under flor, in ancient 500 600L French and American oak barrels. No fining or filtration. Sulfites are added only at bottling, and the wine is unfined and unfiltered.
