2015 Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru Brut Millesime Champagne, France Faccia Brutto 2019 Good Intentions Wine CoEgly Millsime is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, sourced from the domaines oldest vines in Ambonnay Grand Cru, rooted in clay and limestone soils. Fermented with no malolactic fermentation, the wine is both fermented and aged in barrel, with 15% new oak. It then spent an extended 96100 months sur latte, allowing for remarkable depth, complexity, and finesse.
