2025 Gerard et Hubert Thirot Domaine de la Tonnellerie Sancerre, Loire, France Parducci Wine Cellars and a pleasantly dryDelicate mineral notes of chalk and slate with good citrus and melon in the nose. Fairly rich in the middle with nice snap. Firm acidity brace this wine so that it will stand up to and marry well with fish, shellfish and goat cheese. The wine is quite floral and high toned in the nose while having a rich, full bodied middle.
