SOLD Excellent 1971 Signed Folk Art Seagull on Driftwood Base peg doll with porcelain head This is pretty much theI found this one on the New Hampshire coast the other day, and though I haven't been able to place its maker (it is signed on the underside but a bit difficult to read the last couple of letters of the last name) I am sure it has not travelled too far. I think it's quite wonderfully done, carved of wood and nicely painted, with wire feet and perfect driftwood base. The paleness of the yellow eyes and beak, the painterly soft gray wings, the near
