Moffitt is an American painter, born in 1982, in the Southern United States. From age three onward, he traveled Europe with his family and spent his formative childhood years as an expatriate in the heart of Austria, where he learned to embrace multicultural influences from either side of the Atlantic and nurtured what would become a lifelong passion for art. Having been simultaneously
