Proud Old Wooden Cutout Cadet German model train windmill I believe 1920s or soHappily, this guy was not painted, making him all about his proud silhouette, and leaving the dry pine to develop a terrific patina. I really love his marching posture, the buttons popping out from the front of his chest, the tassels dangling between his legs, and especially that very tall dress hat and even taller topper! Pretty motivational! 12 3 4" t x 6 7 8" w and in very good condition, with a lot of years on him.
