Ercole, "Hercules", is made by a generations old cooperative of local growers in the Monferrato area of Piedmont. This easy going Liter sized bottle is meant for sharing juicy fruit with friends with nearly any food. 100% Barbera. Fermented in concrete. Monferrato, Italy
