Dark Wood and Wire Antique Corkscrew native mask Clapsticks or "clappers" are usedI have a weakness for old wooden corkscrews, and this is quite a nice one, with the wire wrapped twice all the way around the turned wood handle, with both ends twisted tightly together until about half way down. The turned dark wood handle is nicely detailed at the ends, and the whole thing is quite a pleasure to use. I believe this one dates to the very late 19th century. Great antique condition. 4" long, 3 5 8" wide x 3 4" deep.
