Item has been tested and is in full working condition. Measures 28 inches tall and about 12 inches wide across large top globe. There is a small chip along the rim of the bottom globe but cant be seen unless you look underneath it. The bottom globe lights up too. I just didnt have a bright enough bulb for it to show well.
