Antique Copper Box with Art Deco Details shield "Made in Japan"I imagine this elegant copper cigarette box set on a mahogany table in some richly appointed library or drawing room back in the day, filled with cigarettes ready to be offered graciously to guests sitting in leather club chairs and enjoying lively conversation! I am guessing it dates from the 30s, though am unsure of its maker; it is stamped on the bottom with the initials CP and a fleur de lys, but I have not been able to identify it by those marks.
