British transferware bowl, featuring three different scenes of human and animal interaction my favorite being this girl and parrot sitting atop its cage, who look as if engaged in lively conversation! (A what a great face on her.) An excellent hunting dog (and an echo of him in the distance) going after a bird, too, and a cozy cow and dog and shepherd scene as the third. With hand painted glazing green, blue, yellow, red.
