Aged in 15 months in neutral oak. Tasting Notes: Red fruit is drivenraspberry, cherry, strawberrywith bright toned floral aromas of rose and lavender layered with herbal undertone of bay leaf, thyme, green peppercorn. A medium, concentrated body finished with subtle woodsy notes.
