Stella Crinita Petit Verdot, 2021/2022 Pinot Gris FOOD PAIRINGThis hand harvested, single vineyard wine is 100% Petit Verdot from the Demeter certified biodynamic estate vineyard in the Vista Flores region of the Uco Valley. Notes of plums and blackberries soaked in vanilla beans and baking spices on the nose. A plush texture of ripe figs with mascerated cherries and sandalwood mixed with lavender and nag champa dominate the palate . The wine finishes with some serious grip from both grape tannin and a little
