Midwinter circa 1932-1946 book Parsnips Stewed in Dark Beer{HISTORY} A scenic painting of a rural English country scene complete with farmer and animals, is the subject of this lovely little creamer made by W. R. Midwinter in Burslem, England. One of Britain's leading potteries in the mid 20th century, Midwinter was a family business that began in 1910 by William Robinson Midwinter and enjoyed a 77 year run before closing doorsin 1987. This creamer was made between 1932 1946 and is beautifully handpainted.
