Elaborately Beaded Miti Bharat Shrifal (Coconut), Gujarat India matador doll 3 1/8" t x 2This one I had to use a google image search to identify, as I really could not place it; I purchased it for the beauty of the beadwork, reminding me somewhat of late 19th century Native American beaded birds and the like. I've learned that it is, I believe, from Gujarat, on the Western Coast of India, where beadwork is called moti bharat, and I think an example of "Shrifal" beading covering a coconut (Indeed, the interior is hard and has the weight
