I see no evidence that this horse was once part of a pull toy or had a rocking base

with a bit of depth to it

though best to turn the handle a bit gently

And with a hole just on one short side, I have to read it as a "I" and so a perfect signifier now for oneself! A very satisfying thing, great in all sorts of contexts. 12 x 5 1 16 and in very good condition, with a little enamel loss along the edges as documented. Mid 20th c. or so, I
