Promaster 7211 pan/tilt head format_16mm and a simple-but-clear viewfinderThe Promaster 7211 is a pan tilt head ideal for monopods, but there's no reason you couldn't use it on a tripod: it has a standard 3 8" connector and should be sturdy enough for nearly any reasonably sized camera. The tilt "scale" on the side does nothing at all (there's no index mark) but the rotation scale is legit. The clamp up top is Arca compatible. In very good condition, with minor cosmetic wear.
