Domaine de la Bergerie 'La Cerisaie' Anjou Rouge 2018 Size:Regular Aged for 12 months inwith soils of sand and clay on top of shale, this south southwest facing parcelis located at Champ sur Layon. 1 3 of the grapes are cold macerated for three days. Free run juice and the pressed juice are venified separetly; the wines are tasted and monitored carefully and finally blended before bottling.
