Here too there is just a background hint of wood that does not intrude upon the wonderfully refined aromas that are airy, pure and lacy and exhibit largely the same components as the Monte de Tonnerre. The detailed and equally pure flavors are unusually forward with fine intensity and superb finishing length and minerality. I like the high level of extract and overall sense of balance. 93
