Hubert Lignier, Gevrey Chambertin Combottes other_regions Fuentemolinos and Pardilla(from a . 14 ha parcel of 45+ year old vines). A more elegant expression of cool, fresh and airy aromas consists of various red berries, spice and pretty floral nuances. The sense of refinement continues onto the lilting and detailed medium weight flavors that terminate in a mildly drying finish that I suspect is more due to the abundant gas than under ripe tannins; note that my range offers the benefit of the doubt.
