as this tastes much older than its true age
gently sweet and very long
earth and sauvage aromas that are trimmed in just enough wood to notice
Etienne Sauzet, Puligny Montrachet Truffiere Brut Zero (Leroux indicated that there was(from a . 21 ha parcel). A broad ranging nose is comprised by notes of crushed anise, acacia, wet stone, Granny Smith apple and a deft touch of wood. The succulent, delicious and beautifully textured medium bodied flavors are wonderfully refined before terminating in a chiseled, stony and equally bone dry finale. This is very classy and a wine that should also age gracefully over a decade plus. One to look for.
